FROM THE 1ST OCTOBER 2009 THE LAW REGARDING FIRST AID AT WORK CHANGES

HSE approved    - First Aid at Work                                three day

QCA accredited - Emergency First Aid at Work           one day

We come to your venue saving you time and money.  Don't use the same old first aid organisations, our training methods work, we teach practical realistic skills that work which you will remember, it may be you that needs them!

The new First Aid at Work guidelines come into line as of the 1st October 2009. The new guidelines mean most  businesses will be able to take the new one day Emergency First Aid at Work course (EFAW) which is accredited by the QCA, even if you have been doing the four day HSE course before.

North Star First Aid will give FREE advice and help with your risk assessment to see if you qualify to use the one day  EFAW.

The old four day First Aid at Work course has been shortened to a three day course.

Doth certificates last three years but the HSE strongly recommend a one day refresher course each year.

North Star can provide both  HSE approved First Aid at Work and  QCA accredited EFAW courses.

If you require any help in deciding which course is most suited for your business, don't hesitate to call. Our advice is always free.
